With 22+ years of frontline clinical experience beginning in nursing at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (2004), our founding director has led quality improvement initiatives across Apollo Hospitals, Moolchand Hospital, and Asian Institute of Medical Sciences — building deep expertise in ICU management, ICRA protocols, infection control, and clinical pathway development.

A specialist in nursing excellence and clinical quality audits, our second director brings deep expertise in operational streamlining and workforce capability building — having worked across Apollo Hospitals, Moolchand Hospital, and Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, designing and deploying nursing frameworks adopted across more than 30 hospitals nationwide.

Advanced to Apollo Hospitals, gaining exposure to large-scale multi-specialty operations, national quality benchmarking, and accreditation processes across one of India's largest hospital networks.
Deepened expertise at Moolchand Hospital — specialising in ICU scoring tools, ICRA protocols, infection control frameworks, and clinical pathway development that would later become the backbone of Ryvance's methodology.
Joined Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, leading nursing excellence initiatives and operational quality programmes — shaping frameworks later adopted across multiple facilities nationwide.
First independent NABH accreditation consulting engagement — drawing on 16 years of frontline clinical experience across four premier institutions to guide a hospital through full accreditation.
