Aby Varghese

Aby Varghese is the Founder & Director of Ryvance, bringing more than two decades of progressive healthcare experience spanning clinical nursing, nursing leadership, hospital operations, quality management and accreditation.
His healthcare journey began in 2004 as a nursing professional, where he developed extensive hands-on clinical experience in patient care and a strong understanding of how hospital systems function at the point of care.
Over the years, his career evolved from clinical nursing into nursing leadership, quality management and accreditation. His responsibilities have included Nursing Superintendent, AGM – Quality, Quality Head and senior healthcare quality and operations roles across hospital settings.
This combination of clinical experience, nursing leadership, quality management, documentation, education and hospital operations enables him to view accreditation not simply as a documentation exercise, but as a practical system for improving patient safety, staff competency, clinical processes and organisational performance.
Through Ryvance, he brings this practical experience to hospitals and healthcare organisations seeking to strengthen quality systems, prepare for accreditation, improve documentation and build sustainable processes that work in real clinical environments.

We specialise in NABH accreditation consultancy, healthcare quality and clinical audits, hospital compliance, operational improvement, documentation and SOP development, quality management system implementation, staff training, mock assessments and CAPA monitoring. For new and upcoming hospitals, Ryvance supports quality-system setup, documentation, workflows and NABH readiness from the ground up. Our approach focuses on practical implementation, continuous monitoring and sustainable quality improvement—not documentation alone. Our consultants combine remote expertise with planned on-site visits as agreed for each engagement.
